Anytime a new online game is developed there is always
a question of how well it will fit the needs & wants of the fans.
Everyone has his or her own vision of how the game will look.
One hurdle for the developers is that the fan base is so wide.
The original Star Trek with Kirk and Dr. McCoy started over forty years ago.
Since then we have had several different series and many movies to
widen he fan base. Fans want the most intensive graphics and gaming
that can be achieved. No one wants to be disappointed especially after
the long wait they have endured for Star Trek PC Games.

There are a few things that have not been decided yet but as they
continue to create the game these things will be decided and posted
on the official site. One of the things that have not been decided
yet is the fee structure. Cryptic has not decided if they
are going to have the subscription fee that is the norm for most
online rpgs. They have also not finalized the system requirements.
The would like this game to be played on the PS3 but they also have
to consider the game graphics and how well it runs on certain systems.
One of the hopes is that PC and console players will be able to
play on the same servers. They don’t foresee any problem with this since the platform is already there.

Starting with in the next month or so Cryptic is going to
continually update their site to bring fans up to date (ie. Star Trek Online Ships).
The site will have a year-by-year timeline. The calendar will provide fans with
updates on what has been going on since the last movie. It will give them
an idea of what has been going on for the past 30 years when the
game comes out. This way there will be no questions as to what is
going on when the rpg starts.

The Star Trek RPG should not disappoint even the most
particular fan boys. With the updates and the site they should be ready
to jump in and play when the game is released.

The World of Warcraft is such a game that has multiple levels of gameplay and is filled with clever strategies and amazing action. These action-packed levels are so addictive and larger than life, that one gets drawn to the game, forgetting everything else around.

The nature of World of Warcraft is so highly complicated and it’s levels, so tough to crack, that you need a guide to let you know where you are going with each step. The World of Warcraft Guides are meant precisely for that purpose.

The World of Warcraft characters can come in many different varieties and each character takes on a life of it’s own after creation. This life is infused into the characters by each different player and is the reason why MMORPG’s like World of Warcraft are so popular with people.

To choose your World of Warcraft characters (because with one account you can create up to a maximum of 50 characters which can be spread across the different servers), you will need to go through a series of steps.

The first step is choosing your faction. You need to decide first of all whether you’re going to be part of the honorable Alliance, or whether you want to be a part of the mighty Horde.

You will then need to go on to step number two, where you need to decide which race your World of Warcraft characters are going to take.

Are they going to be Human, Orc, Dwarf, Troll, or one of the other eight playable races? (You get an extra two races if you have the Burning Crusade expansion pack to make it a total of ten playable races.)

Once you choose what race (or races) your World of Warcraft characters are going to be, you will then need to choose a Class for them.

Your World of Warcraft characters can become one of these nine different classes, and this will in essence be their identity, i.e. as in an Undead Mage. “Undead” here being the race, and “Mage” being the class.

They can choose from Druids, Shaman, Hunters, Warriors, Warlocks, Mages, Paladins, Priests and Rogues.

You will then have the pleasure of choosing for your World of Warcraft characters professions so they can earn gold, silver, and copper to finance their adventures through the lands of Warcraft. When you finish this step you will then be ready to take your place in the World of Warcraft.
